There is very little commentary or opinion except for quotes taken for the article that graphically underlines the deteriorating situation, the fact there is no medicine, few medical staff because everyone is leaving, there is no electricity, no fuel and the fact that hospitals have to operate in the dark with air conditioners turned off except in operating theaters.
