Homes Xpress, pioneering regional real estate marketing, sales and management service provider, is gearing up to showcase a trio of key projects at Cityscape 2006. The specialist real estate services company will market the Yasmin Village, RAK Airport Towers and the Media Hotel at its stand in the Zabeel Hall of the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) from date to date.
Rami Malki, Managing Director, Homes Xpress said, “Our presence at Cityscape will help us generate awareness for our clients, and help promote their interests by catalyzing investor interest and generating sales. At the same time, the exhibition will facilitate Homes Xpress in establishing business networks and liaisons to expand its portfolio of long-term business partners.”
The Yasmine village is a residential compound, developed by Union Group and Bina in association with RAK Free Trade Zone Authority in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). With a total built up area (TBUA) of 1.8 million square feet spread over a surface area of 4.6 million square feet, the project is being developed at an estimated outlay of AED 800 million. Construction is slated to start by early 2007, and is scheduled to fully finish by 2009.
The RAK Airport Towers project, a partnership between Ta’sees, A&A, & RAK Free Zone, consists of 10 commercial towers of 10 floors each, eight 11-floor residential towers, two tower blocks comprising furnished apartments, a luxury hotel, and a cargo village. The development will also host a building for Rnata Travels on a total land area of half a million square feet.
Media Hotel is a first of its kind investment tool that allows potential investors to purchase one of 266 available keys to hotel rooms. Owning a key is equivalent to holding equity, and allows the investor free two months of access to the hotel room. Alternatively, the investor can choose to avail the revenue from two months occupancy by hotel guests. The Hotel, being developed by Capital Plus, and owned by CP Holding will comprise of two buildings fabricated from Panasonic’s new large screen technology that will allow hotel residents to look out through seemingly transparent panels, while presenting an external façade as the world’s largest television. A microphone-shaped convention centre will be built at the centre of the development. Media Hotel will be operated by the Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts franchise, and advised by Mövenpick.
“The RAK Airport Tower, Yasmine Village and Media Hotel offer premium investments that hold true to the region’s ethos of innovation. We are expecting tremendous investor support and sustained industry interest, and look forward to a highly productive Cityscape participation,” Malki added.
Homes Xpress will be exhibiting under the Capital Plus umbrella at Stand #ZH 20. The 225 sqm stand has been fabricated in avant-garde design, with an upper level mezzanine that will host a VIP studio for specialised real estate channels such as Al Aqariya TV, and provide live broadcasts from the Cityscape exhibition.
