ALBAWABA- Hezbollah launched missiles targeting the Israeli site of Zabdin in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms. The group also confirmed artillery attacks on the Israeli sites of Al-Dahaira and Al-Samaqa in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kafr Shuba, claiming direct hits.
In response, Israel conducted air raids on the southern Lebanese town of Rab Thilin and the vicinity of Al-Dhahira.
Lebanese Prime Minister Naguib Mikati stated, "In the face of Israeli escalation, we affirm Lebanon's right to defend its land and sovereignty by all means."
Following these events and the recent assassinations of top Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and a senior Hezbollah commander in Lebanon, LOT Polish Airlines canceled 8 flights to Lebanon and Israel, citing security concerns. Italian airline ITA announced the suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until the sixth of the month.
Many international airlines have halted flights to Israel due to fears of a broader confrontation, especially after Iran and the Axis of Resistance vowed significant retaliation against Israel.
