Hezbollah’s leader Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah blasted Friday the U.S. administration, accusing it of interfering in the affairs of Lebanon and other countries in the region.

“We have nothing new in terms of the elections and we warn of the American interference to push things in a certain direction and this is the tip of the iceberg of its blatant interference in Lebanon and the region,” said.

The Hezbollah chief also said his party was waiting for the outcome of the Constitutional Council to issue a decision on challenges it is studying to extending Parliament’s mandate.
