Hertz Egypt has bucked the trend in the wake of the economic downturn by expanding its team in order to meet the growing demand for quality car rental.
Alaa Mohsen has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Executive in the Hertz Egypt head office in Cairo. His role will focus on providing transportation solutions to meet the needs of the influx of investors who have recently moved to Egypt.
Mohsen has joined Hertz upon completing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from EF Britain College University, London.
"We are witnessing a healthy level of local and foreign investment in Egypt across a variety of business sectors which offers us many opportunities to forge new business co-operation as well as strengthening the relationships with our existing clients."
Hertz Egypt has also focused on direct customer relations through its SMILES training programme. The SMILES course teaches Hertz rental agents how to enhance the customer rental experience by focusing on customer service techniques specific to business travellers and tourists.
There are currently 9 Hertz locations throughout Egypt which service 5000 customers per year.
