Some of the simplest forms of foods can be the tastiest such as the meatballs. Chef Anuj takes it to the next level by re-creating some of the most delicious meatballs in June when he demonstrates his special kofta recipes. There’s the Murg Bemisaal Kofta where the minced chicken cheese dumplings are flavoured with dill leaves in creamy tomato and fenugreek gravy. One must also try the favourite amongst the chefs, Malai Kofta – Cottage cheese dumplings stuffed with green chillies, ginger and coriander simmered in cashew nut and almond gravy enriched with cream.
