The forces arrested the Palestinian at the Sho'afat intersection south of Neve Ya'akov, which is located in the West Bank north of Jerusalem.

Another fighter who was with the man suceeded to escape arrest, it said. Police forces surrounded the home in an attempt to apprehend him. Over 20 people in the building were arrested. Police believe that the second cell member is amongst those arrested, said the paper.

Police also carried out a manhunt for the third member of the cell.
