In addition to exhibiting at the event, KTM are bringing the ‘KTM Super Moto Live’ to the festival.  KTM, participate in Supermoto events worldwide. They have a range of Supermoto inspired motorbikes including the KTM 450 SMR, which is currently sweeping victories all over European tracks. This, along with a number of other models, will be featured on display at the Gulf Bike Expo and during the Super Moto spectacle.

Never before seen in the Middle East, the exhilarating Super Moto comprises of off-road motorcycles customized to race on tarmac with road-racing rims/tires, becoming known as 'supermotard' bikes.   Riders wear varying compositions of road race and off-road equipment that complement their racing style.  Unlike normal motorcycle racing, the emphasis lies on slower speeds, typically less than 160 km/h short and twisty tracks, where rider skill matters far more than outright machine performance.  Super Moto is by no means for the faint hearted
– these will be professional riders flying around a race track built around the FMX arena.  In conjunction with the festival organisers, KTM have organised daily races with the final on the last day of the show.
