Gulf Bank Sponsors the 3rd Health and Nutrition Seminar
Gulf Bank sponsored the third Health and Nutrition Seminar on 23rd April 2009 as part of the Bank’s ongoing commitment towards supporting the Kuwaiti society in every aspect of life. The conference, which was organized by Elia for the Health & Nutrition Center took place at the Marina Hotel and drew an enthusiastic response from people looking to hear the latest on healthy living.
The seminar hosted several prominent figures from across the region including, Dr.Abdul Rahman Msaigir from Bahrain, Dr. Abdul Muneim Sadik from Qatar, Dr. Hazza'a Al-Hazza'a from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Ahmad Al Haifi & Dr. Jasim Ramadhan from Kuwait. The speakers presented their views on general health topics, obesity in the Gulf region and how they propose tackling such an issue.
