Gulf Air has launched a news service called ‘Tickets on Telephone’ allowing clients to reserve their tickets by a phone call, delivering the tickets free of charge to customers.
Ali Muhyi, Gulf Air Marketing Manager for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain was quoted by Khaleej Times as sayin that "all the customer has to do is to call the Gulf Air reservation desk and give the destination of travel along with details of the credit card. The airline will deliver the ticket at no extra cost."

The service was launched earlier in Dubai and found popular.
