Baqer Mohebi Establishment, the sole marketers and distributors of Vicenzi confectionery in the UAE has added the new Grisbi range of biscuits to its Vicenzi product portfolio.
Dubai is the first country to launch and receive the new Grisbi range which comes in a variety of 12 delicious flavours that include classic cookies filled with delicious soft creams, light crispy wafers covered in chocolate and pastry cookies filled with jams and marmalades.
Vicenzi is an Italian company that has been synonymous with producing the finest confectionery that is available in over 70 countries. Having celebrated its 100th anniversary last year, the company has evolved from a small patisserie in Verona to Italy’s biggest confectionary producer with an expected annual turnover of over €111 million (AED million). Vicenzi products include renowned products like Amaretto, Millefoglie and Vicenzovo that have been leaders in their segments in the Middle East and around the world.
“The acquisition of the Grisbi range perfectly complements Vicenzi’s six ranges of high quality biscuits and pastries already available in the Middle East. The entire range of Grisbi pastries will be available in all leading supermarkets from April. Vicenzi will introduce Mr. Day, a range of soft cakes and wafers and Pronto Forno, a range of Pizza and Focacce later this year.
