A fragmentation grenade was discovered on Wednesday lying in the front yard of the US Consulate in eastern Jerusalem, Israel Radio reported, cited by the Jerusalem Post newspaper.
The grenade did not detonate and sappers were able to defuse the explosive device, which was found by one of the employees, said the radio.
Police accused members of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) of having thrown the grenade into the yard some two and a half months ago – Albawaba.com
