Grand Hyatt Amman recently marked the annual Hyatt event, "Celebrating Our People", during which the hotel devoted three consecutive days to recognizing and acknowledging employees as the hotel's most important asset, thus reinforcing Hyatt's People Philosophy through activities that involve all employees.
The event was commenced with members of the executive committee welcoming all employees entering the hotel. The employees were invited to a delicious lunch at the hotel's Sawani terrace where a selection of international dishes was served.
On the second day of the annual 'Celebrating our People' experience, the hotel organized a sport day at Amman Arena, where football, basketball, swimming, tennis and bowling saw light-spirited participation amongst employees.
The celebration was concluded with an employee appreciation party at the Sawani Terrace, featuring Karaoke performances along with various competitions among employees. Appreciation Awards and certificates were distributed among employees and the party was concluded with a raffle draw that featured wonderful prizes.
'Celebrating our People' is a program dedicated to voicing appreciation for employees' efforts and strengthens social bonds among employees.
