Globitel Organizes the Middle and North Africa Mobile Industry Forum
Globitel, the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services and solutions, to Jordanian and regional markets, announced today that it will be organizing and international forum geared towards the mobile telecommunications industry under the banner of "Globitel Mobile Industry Forum."
The forum will convene at the Marriot Hotel in the Dead Sea beginning May 28th of this year, and will continue over the course of two whole days. Sponsoring the forum are Dialogic, the global computer systems corporation, and Taqarob.
Held for the first time ever, the forum represents a symposium where elite mobile manufacturers and service providers in the Middle East and North Africa are able to meet with representatives from Globitel Corporation to discuss new ways to advance this industry and rise with it to new levels. The forum comes as a response to a need by the industries in the region for further growth and development with regards to mobile manufacturing, particularly in the fields of value-added services and global roaming.
On the occasion, Globitel's Executive Director Mr. Samer Halawa said that the main idea behind organizing the forum is the gathering of the largest possible number of decision makers from the world of mobile manufacturing so that fruitful experiences can be shared and discussed. He added that "the forum aims, through a series of interactive and specialized discussions covering a large number of hot topics in the industry, to come out with a clear vision and new strategies for the furthering and development of this industry. This is achieved by new products and services that prioritize the satisfaction of mobile service clients in both regions and increasing the industry's profits."
The forum will also entail a series of discussions and workshops led by industry specialists, through which the important issues in the field will be discussed, such as new technologies and directions in the world of mobile services and the relationship between the media manufacturing and the industry. The forum will also include a presentation of actual case studies by mobile service providers.
