Global Village, the region’s entertainment, shopping, and cultural attraction, has announced that it will provide an additional day of fun and excitement and will now conclude on February 28, 2010. As one of the best places in the region to spend good times during the winter, Global Village's announcement will certainly delight its avid goers.
Visitors have about more than two weeks to flock to Global Village and take advantage of shopping around the venue which is undoubtedly one of the biggest outdoor souks. This year, around 45 different cultures are participating through the 31 pavilions. The Fun Fair at Global Village continues to be among the biggest attractions with over 70 games and rides.
Shopping, dining, entertainment, leisure, relaxation – Global Village offers these and much more for every visitor. So, come down and experience the only place in the city “Where World Comes Together.”
Etisalat is the official partner of the 14th edition of Global Village. Doors open at 4pm in the afternoon until midnight except on Thursdays and Fridays when it is extended until 1am in the morning. Mondays are allotted for families only. Tickets are priced at AED 10 each. For the disabled and kids below three years old, entrance is free.
