A German woman was killed and eleven other German tourists were wounded in southwest Turkey Sunday when their van skidded off the road in rainy weather, according to police officials.
The dead woman was identified as Kerstin Pornack, aged 33.
The injured, among them a woman in serious condition, were taken to hospital for medical treatment in the resort town of Bodrum, near which the crash took place, a police official told AFP.
The group was on its way to the local airport after a vacation in the region. (Albawaba.com)
