Civil defense directors for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold their 13th meeting in Riyadh next Sunday, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Saudi Arabia's civil defense chief, Major General Saad bin Abdullah Al Tuweijiri, said the meeting would cover a number of issues related to efforts to provide security for GCC citizens.
The GCC is comprised of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE.
