GAM and Zein Renew the Cell Phone Service Agreement for the Benefit of GAM Employees

Amman Jordan (April 2010)- The Greater Amman Municipality and Zein, one of Zein group of companies, the pioneers in mobile telephone service in the Middle East and Africa region ( MENA ) signed a partnership agreement which included, among other things, presenting special offers for official lines over a period of one year.
According to the agreement, GAM employees with official lines, shall benefit from the exceptional prices and advantages offered to them in the accord.
The agreement signed on behalf of GAM Council by Mayor Omar Maani and on behalf of Zein by the Chief Executive Officer, Abd Al Malek Al Jaber , calls for enhancing the already existing partnership between GAM and Zein, and emanates from the  latter’s keenness on cooperating with the pioneering institution ( GAM ) and those who run it.
Engineer Maani on his part valued Zein’s initiatives and its active contribution to the local community within the principle of social responsibility. The Mayor voiced his commendation during the meeting held on sidelines of the signing of the agreement which aimed at setting up a joint framework and solidifying cooperation between the two parties. It goes without saying that the meeting also was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of Zein, Abd Al Malek Al Jaber.
The Mayor further stressed GAM keenness on partnership and cooperation with the leading institutions that contribute to promoting work and improve institutional performance.
From his end, Dr. Al Jaber commended GAM efforts in serving the local community, and developing the Capital, adding that renewing the agreement embodies our appreciation of the role that GAM and its staff play in serving their society.
Dr. Al Jaber stressed Zein’s commitment to positively support GAM through extending services and advantages to benefit the employees, emanating from its strong belief in GAM’s role in realizing the national goals through contributing to the development march and helping the developmental and pioneering projects succeed. Zein top official also pointed out that his company is to continue rendering services and offers that meet the needs of all the society strata, each according to the nature of their work.
