FVC hosts annual Polycom Partner Conference for Middle East & North Africa
Agenda to focus on ROI analysis, and new technology in video and VoIP solutions
FVC, Polycom's authorised Value Added Distributor across the Middle East and North Africa with dedicated offices in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco, is hosting its annual partner conference for Polycom partners in Dubai. The three-day conference beginning today will not only share new products and technology introduced by Polycom but also share tools like its ROI and Green calculators to demonstrate the value its rich-media solutions offer. The event will be attended by over 55 channel partners for Polycom's video solutions as well as more than 65 additional partners for its growing VoIP business in the region.

Parag, MD for FVC, said, "Polycom's business has enjoyed a double digit growth in the Middle East in 2008 and we expect this trend to continue, given the current constraints on business travel expenses. In addition to Polycom products and solutions, FVC will use the opportunity to share new technology solutions from other rich-media vendors including Vaddio and VBrick. FVC is also hosting its special VoIP track on the last day of the conference where they will provide the latest information about its VoIP products including Polycom's full range of IP and wireless phones and introduce them to products from alliance partners like VegaStream's VoIP gateway solutions, Digium soft switch solutions, Call Centre solutions from Interactive Intelligence and Microsoft's OCS solution.
