Fusion Marketing Management announces a partnership with U.S.-based MMG Worldwide to provide marketing solutions to clients in the Middle East.

By bringing MMG’s strategic expertise in brand building, creative and interactive development to the Gulf, Fusion will strengthen its PR and marketing services as well as provide tech-centric and new media expertise to the region’s travel and tourism sectors.

MMG Worldwide has received awards for its public relations efforts, advertising and web development work in North America. Fusion is the only boutique, specialist integrated tourism marketing firm in the GCC, and will now be MMG Worldwide’s partner agency for the region.

MMG Worldwide can provide the Gulf region with the innovative ideas and integrated communications tools that have been remiss in tourism marketing until now.  This will allow the Gulf to maintain its competitive edge and market position in the increasingly aggressive global market.

“For the past seven years, Fusion has been based in Dubai’s media city. We believe in the region and its tourism potential and so invested in setting our company here,” said Page.
“With MMG’s integrated resources and experience, we aim to be the number one choice for clients – governments, private hotel groups, attractions and destination malls – looking for a real understanding of the tourism sector and a creative approach to gaining a clear position in the market.”

MMG is the United States’ largest, privately owned communications firm that specializes solely in hospitality and destination travel and now through its partnership with Fusion has greater reach in the Middle East. The joint agreement will also give Fusion access to U.S.-based and other global clients that are looking for a presence in the region.

“Fusion has an in-depth understanding of the tourism markets and key players throughout the region. This will add value to our clients,” said Don Montague, founder and CEO of MMG Worldwide. “Through Fusion we will also be able to offer integrated marketing tools in the Middle East for tourism and hospitality clients. This will definitely give clients the latest global insight from a specialist perspective--something that was lacking in the market before.”

Fusion Marketing Management will manage the Middle East business from their Dubai base delivering public relations solutions as part of the offering. They will draw on MMG Worldwide for global strategic direction in creative and interactive development. The focus will be on travel, tourism, mega projects, real estate and hospitality sectors.

Don Montague, founder and CEO of MMG Worldwide will be in Dubai from 13th June 2008 for one week to talk with media, and the tourism trade about the potential of MMG and Fusion in the region.
