France and Egypt have signed an agreement on upgrading the navigation equipment and weather monitoring laboratories at the National Civil Aviation Training Institute, the Cairo-based Al Ahram newspaper said.
The two sides have also signed a memo of understanding to establish an aviation center to cope with the increase in traffic at the Egyptian airports in South Egypt – Albawaba.com
