At least four people have been killed after a car bomb exploded near the entrance to Kabul airport earlier today.
A spokesman for the public health ministry confirmed the victims of the blast were civilians and said 17 other people, including a woman and a child, had also been injured.
There has been no official claim of responsibility for the attack but a security official told Reuters that it appeared two armoured cars had been the intended target.
