FORSA, the investment company dedicated to women investors, has announced that it is now offering its first wave of investment projects starting with a major real estate venture to be launched this month. The real estate project will serve as FORSA's opening salvo in its long-term commitment to create diverse investment opportunities for women.

“This is a very exciting time for FORSA and women investors. After the long and thorough stages of conceptualizing the company, and the successful fund-raising campaign, we are now all set for our first major real estate project and other inaugural offerings. We believe that this real estate venture will be the start of greater things in store for women investors in the UAE, giving them a more prominent role in the country's economic growth," said FORSA CEO Shamsa Rashid.

Shamsa Rashid has also visited GCC member countries Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain to promote the project. The FORSA CEO is confident of generating investments from around the region with the excellent return prospects offered by the real estate project. The visits were also an opportunity to introduce the FORSA program to the rest of the region and encourage other women to become more involved in investment and business activities.

FORSA's inaugural investment package has been designed to offer attractive returns to women investors who are willing to invest AED 1 million. FORSA has tapped into the resources of its investment partners, particularly prominent developer Nakheel, to guarantee its initial venture is up to international standards.

"FORSA is very fortunate to have access to a host of resources through our industry-leading partners. We are in a convenient position to expand our investment portfolio because of our strategic alliances with various high-profile corporations, which we believe is critical in our mission to help generate new investment opportunities for women. We look forward to strengthening the relationships in order to achieve our common goals," said Shamsa Rashid.

FORSA is an investment company for women investors launched by Dubai World, a leading holding company based in Dubai that has over 50,000 employees and offerings in more than 100 locations worldwide. A company created by women for women, FORSA aims to launch more investment opportunities not just in real estate but also in other sectors such as retail, education and health.

Given the right opportunity and proper guidance, the UAE National and expatriate women have the capability to boost personal development and increase their involvement in building a robust economy; FORSA has expressed a strong commitment to helping them achieve this. By creating a dedicated platform to harness the huge investment potential of the women, FORSA believes it can generate more economic activity that will help push the country's progress. The strong interest of women has fuelled FORSA's enthusiasm to provide more innovative and world-class investment products for the women of the UAE and the region.
