A draft decision on the formation of labour organisations will be forwarded soon to the Cabinet for approval, according to Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs sources.
Gulf News reported the move was reviewed with delegates of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) during a three-day national symposium on the ILO's Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights of Workers and the Freedom to Establish Labour Associations which opened on January 15.
