A bomb killed at least five people in a train station Wednesday in the town of Menouf in Egypt's Nile Delta governorate of Menoufiya, medical sources told Al-Ahram's Arabic news website.
Two of the victims were policemen while 15 were reported injured.
Egypt has been hit by a wave of bomb attacks since the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi in July 2013.
