The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Jan Winkler and his accompanying delegation arrived in Tripoli Monday afternoon. According to <i>JANA</I>, he was received at Tripoli international airport by the assistant secretary of Cooperation at the General People's Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Co-operation.
