Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has declared force majeure at the Zawiya refinery after severe damage caused by intense armed clashes early this morning. 

Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced that it had declared force majeure at the Zawiya refinery after several storage tanks were severely damaged during armed clashes near the facility earlier today.

The refinery suffered serious fires triggered by gunfire in its vicinity, jeopardizing operations and escalating concerns over oil production stability in the refinery.
