A large fire engulfed several tents at a Syrian refugee camp in north Lebanon Saturday without causing any casualties, security sources said.
The fire was sparked by an electrical short-circuit inside one of the tents near the Akkar town of Qibbet Shamra.
More than 10 tents housing dozens of refugees were completely destroyed in the fire.
Residents of the camp evacuated the tents before anyone was injured, the sources said.
