The Fifth Conference of the Pan Arab Hypertension Society held in Tunis. La Presse reports that Ridha Kechrid, Minister of Health, chaired on September 14 the opening of the Conference. Organized by the Pan-Arab Hypertension Society in conjunction with the Tunisian Nephrology Society, the Conference continued until September 17 with the participation of experts and academicians from Arab Countries, Europe and the United States of America. Being the largest scientific meeting in the field of hypertension in the Arab World, the Conference formed a platform to exchange information to reduce the rate of hypertension cases in the region.
