Ferrostaal AG will be exhibiting its machine business for the food industry at the 2010 Gulfood trade fair, taking place from February 21 to 24 in Dubai. This event will allow the company to showcase its expanded scope of activities in this sector.
According to the company extending its range of offerings for the food sector, it has set up a special website (www.ferrostaal-food.com). The latest edition of the company magazine “THE ECHO” also takes up the theme, detailing how the product and service ranges have both been expanded.
As Joachim Ludwig, member of the Executive Board at Ferrostaal explains, “We provide customers with services from a single source. Alongside advisory, purchasing and financing services, we also offer customers follow-up service and maintenance services for machines.”
In addition to this all-round support, Ferrostaal supplies complete plants, in other words machines that handle the entire production process. The company provides machines from a wide range of top manufacturers for the food production process through to the packaging of food products.
Mr Ludwig adds: “Customers can now forego time-consuming negotiations with individual manufacturers. But, most importantly, they are able to have their plant designed in line with their own individual requirements. This saves time and makes the whole process less stressful but, above all, saves money.”
