Loyal diners, guests and select media congregated last evening at Grand Hyatt Dubai to celebrate the closing of Indochine, one of the hotel’s “Atrium Collection” outlets. The first restaurant in Dubai to offer a combination of authentic Vietnamese, Laotian & Cambodian cuisine, Indochine has been a popular choice for both residents and visitors to Dubai.

As one of Grand Hyatt Dubai’s niche restaurants, Indochine ensured authenticity through its menu, offering an exhaustive selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as one-of-a kind dishes featuring traditional Vietnamese ingredients. To further complete the experience and guarantee the highest quality cuisine, Hyatt Dubai imported all ingredients from Vietnam and employed chefs from the region.
Grand Hyatt Dubai has a total of 14 restaurants and bars, where the choice of cuisine is as extensive as it is authentic. Delicacies from America, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, and Singapore are offered, and are created by indigenous chefs in each restaurant’s own kitchen.
