Falconcity of Wonders, a landmark development in Dubailand, has announced its extensive participation at the International Property Show 2008, the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region, with aims of showcasing the entire project to a wide range of prospective investors and end-users. Participating at the exhibition for the past two consecutive years, the developer behind the AED 5.5 billion falcon-shaped tourist and recreational city has announced an extensive line-up of activities within the show to leverage the event’s strong reputation as a premier real estate affair in the Middle East. The event, which is being held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) from February 17- 19, 2008, is set to host an interesting mix of local, regional and international exhibitors from across the globe.
Commemorating the heritage of the UAE through a community development designed to resemble the country’s national emblem, the Falconcity of Wonders features landmark cities including Rome, Venice, Beirut, India and New York in a sprawling 40 million square feet of prime commercial and residential land that will be a major attraction not only of Falconcity but also of Dubailand. This ambitious tourist destination is designed to appeal to the widest audience and is expected to be a key tourist destination.
The project combines a superb balance of past and future ambience through replicas of architectural icons such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. Representatives from the Falconcity of Wonders will be present at stand B16 & B17 at hall 03, to provide information on the project, availability of units and other purchase details.
