Indulge in a paradise of tempting pastries and flavoursome cakes especially crafted by Kempinski Hotel Ajman’s talented pastry Chef Pierre-Julien Rebuzzi at the newly renovated Lobby Lounge. Take a journey to pure happiness with delightfully extravagant pastries and cakes that are hand-made fresh everyday.

The spacious Lobby Lounge has luxurious seating and relaxation areas furnished with plush and inviting furniture, silk curtains and especially designed moorish lamps. Encompassing a VIP area and a lavish Arabian styled tent, the Lobby Lounge serves French pastries masterfully created by Chef Pierre and a selection of dates along with tea and coffee specialties.
Originally from France, Chef Pierre has spent many years honing his skills in the pastry kitchens of establishments in Orlando Florida, Dubai, Bora Bora in French Polynesia, as well as his homeland of France, prior to joining the culinary team at Kempinski Hotel Ajman.

Chef Pierre is acclaimed for his signature dish Basil Crème Brûlée, which blends the rich flavours of basil with the delicate taste of Crème Brûlée. “I like to surprise guests with different and unexpected flavours they may not be used to finding in desserts,” said Chef Pierre.

Having worked with pastry from a young age, Chef Pierre’s interest in food and flavours was inspired by observing television documentaries and cooking shows, “I have discovered much of my inner drive has stemmed from the support and encouragement of my family and friends,” ended Chef Pierre.
