Etihad Airways has introduced a luxury chauffeur service for pearl (business) and diamond (first class) customers travelling to and from Sydney airport.
All premium zone passengers travelling within a 50 kilometre radius of Sydney airport can now access the complimentary luxury chauffeur service.
Cramer Ball, Etihad Airways’ country manager for Australia, said: “Etihad has established a reputation for the very highest standards of hospitality and the chauffeur service is a further example of our service quality.”
Premium travellers flying on Etihad’s non-stop flight from Abu Dhabi into Sydney will be met by an Etihad staff member or chauffeur in the arrivals area and escorted to their limousine, ensuring little time is wasted at the airport.
Mr Ball added: “We understand that the ground experience is just as important as the service in the air with travelling time to and from airports often leaving passengers feeling pressured, something the chauffeur service totally removes.”
Diamond zone passengers will travel in style in a Mercedes S class or a BMW 7 Series, while pearl zone passengers will be able to enjoy a luxuriously appointed Holden Caprice.
Etihad Airways also offers the chauffeur service for premium customers travelling to and from London Heathrow, Manchester, New York, Munich, Frankfurt and all major locations in the United Arab Emirates.
