Etihad Airways Sponsors Al-Fanar Football Tournament During Ramadan

Etihad Airways, under the patronage of Parliament member Mr. Marzouq Al Ghanim, recently sponsored Al Fanar Ramadan football tournament for forums at the Kuwait Club. The sponsorship mirrors the Abu Dhabi based airline’s vision of promoting unique tournaments organized by modern 21st century local internet blogs, an approach that defines Etihad’s corporate citizenship programme, aiming at building local talent.

The Abu Dhabi based airline is keen on supporting major unique sports activities in Kuwait and encouraging team-spirit amongst young athletic individuals. The Al Fanar Ramadan football forum tournament demonstrated a robust competitive atmosphere supported by Kuwait’s finest young football players.
