Emirates Airline today confirmed it will resume services between Dubai and Beirut, effective Saturday 9th September. The airline will initially operate the route three times a week, using a three-class Airbus A330-200 aircraft offering 237 seats - 12 in First Class, 42 in Business and 183 in Economy.
Hamad Obaidalla, Emirates’ Senior Vice President Commercial Operations - Gulf, Middle East and Iran said: "Beirut remains an important part of our network in the Middle East and Levant. In the coming months, we aim to do our part to aid the city's recovery, by continuing to promote it as a gateway and destination for business and leisure, throughout our network."
Flights are scheduled to depart Dubai at 0720hrs on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, arriving in Beirut at 0940hrs. The return flights from Beirut will depart at 1050hrs and arrive in Dubai at 1500hrs. All timings are local.
