Affirming its status as one of the best luxury hotels in the world, Seven Stars and Stripes Awards gave Emirates Palace its highest honours – the World Level Perfection Award, citing the luxury resort for its impeccable and world-class customer service.
The award was given following three days of thorough inspection of the hotel and two restaurants by a Seven Stars and Stripes team, whose members have previously inspected and rated luxury hotels and resorts, as well as A-list restaurants all over the world.
New York-based Seven Stars and Stripes is the only global award program dedicated to reviewing the best of what life has to offer – from upscale products to luxury resorts and exclusive destinations. Its president and founder, Thorsten Buehrmann, was in Abu Dhabi to personally give the award to Emirates Palace general manager Noel Massoud.
In accepting the award, Massoud said, “This is a fantastic achievement for the hotel, and serves to strengthen our positioning as a truly world-class resort destination. Providing customer service beyond expectations is a daily commitment for us here, and we are deeply thankful for this recognition.”
Seven Stars and Stripes Awards pride itself with only the highest standards of review policy. Buehrmann explained, “All hotels, resorts, restaurants, products and services are personally viewed and tried by our staff. We inspect, compare and judge along guidelines and criteria prescribed by Seven Stars and Stripes. There are no exceptions to the rules.”
The strict adherence to standards and the exclusivity of reviewers help explain why Seven Stars and Stripes Awards are one of the most coveted in the luxury category. To its credit, the Emirates Palace is the only hotel in the UAE to have made this list. “And that is the reason why people from all over the region, and the rest of the world, are beginning to make Emirates Palace their base when they come to the UAE. It is only a short distance away from the airport, as well as the shopping and leisure district of the capital.” ended Massoud.
