Emirates Gas, a subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), has stepped out to support the community through their participation in the Dubai Creek Striders Half Marathon.
Held recently, the Marathon aimed at raising funds for the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, a humanitarian organisation which provides quality education and therapy services to children with special needs. Participants from Emirates Gas signed up with the Belgian Runners team, and ran a total of 21 km, striding across Garhoud and Maktoum Bridges, and through the Shindagha Tunnel.
“While we are spearheading several safety and service initiatives that help consumers benefit from supply of clean energy, as a socially responsible organisation, we are also committed to support community programmes that can bring forth smile and hope in young children,” said Hesham Ali Mustafa, General Manager, Emirates Gas.
