ALBAWABA - Elon Musk, the American billionaire and CEO of several major tech companies, voiced skepticism over the dependability of voting machines in the United States. Musk described the machines as “extremely unreliable” in a post on his social media platform, "X," responding to recent reports of technical issues in Pennsylvania.

His comments came after CNN reported that voting hours were extended in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, due to a malfunction in the machines' programming that prevented voters from scanning their ballots. The issue led local election officials to request additional time to ensure that all votes could be processed.

As Americans head to the polls, this year's presidential election sees Vice President Kamala Harris representing the Democratic Party and former President Donald Trump running for the Republicans. The race is expected to be highly competitive, with key swing states likely to determine the outcome. These battleground states include Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, where neither party holds a decisive lead.
