Egyptian President to Visit Moscow

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will visit Moscow in the first half of this year, said reports. 

Russian President Vladimir Putin telephoned Mubarak Sunday and invited him to visit Moscow, reported the Kuwaiti News agency (KUNA), quoting the Itar-Tass news agency. 

The Russian agency said that the date of the visit will be later set by diplomats. 

It said that the two presidents discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and ways of expanding bilateral ties.
