An EgyptAir plane made an emergency landing at Bahrain Airport on Tuesday after a passenger fell ill, reported the Gulf Daily News.
Flight 923 was on its way from Doha to Cairo, with 225 passengers, when Egyptian student Marwa Mahmoud Abdulrahman, 20, suddenly suffered from dyspnea and fell into a coma, EgyptAir representative Salah Metwali was quoted as saying.
Marwa was rushed to Sulmaniya Medical Complex where doctors decided to keep her in the ICU for three days.
Her mother, Kairat Tawfik, who was on the same flight, remained at her side, said Metwali – Albawaba.com
