The Foreign Ministers of Egypt and Morocco, Ahmed Maher and Mohamed Benaissa, stopped over Sunday in Larnaca, Cyprus on their way to Athens, Greece.

They were welcomed at the Larnaca International Airport by Cyprus Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides with whom they held talks at the airport's VIP lounge, according to Cyprus News Agency.

Maher and Benaissa are scheduled to leave at 9:30 (local time) for Athens. They will then fly to the Greek island of Myconos, to participate at a forum for Mediterranean cooperation.

Maher will not visit Nicosia and hold meetings there, as scheduled, the agency added. (Albawaba.com)
