Egyptian Exporters Plan Quest for New Markets

The general union of Egyptian chambers of commerce is planning to send promotional delegations around the globe in October in order to increase exports by opening new markets, reported the official Kuwaiti news agency, KUNA, on Wednesday. 

The head of the union, Khaled Abu Ismail, told KUNA that the promotional visits of Egyptian businessmen would include Ukraine, Yemen, Oman and the UAE.  

He added that Egyptian business delegations would visit African countries, offering exemptions on customs duties of up to 100 percent.  

He said that other delegations would head for China, Australia, Newzealand, Khazakhstan and Uzbekistan – Albawaba.com
