EgyptAir is dismissing as baseless news reports that the flotation vests on the flag carrier’s planes are manufactured in Israel, according to Al Gomhuria newspaper.
The report on the Zionist-made safety devices was published by a newspaper and cited by the television program “Editor in Chief.”
An official airline source said the jackets were American-made, as confirmed by the address inscribed on them.
He also pointed to the certificates of origin on the vests, which were endorsed by the Egyptian embassy in the US - Albawaba.com
