Egypt and South Africa have launched talks on creating a free-trade zone, which would include Nigeria and Kenya, Alaa Shalaby, Advisor to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Trade said Sunday. The talks are in line with Cairo's foreign trade policy which is aimed at forging cooperation ties with African states, the official said.
