At least one teenager was killed in clashes between Egyptian security forces and protesters Friday, according to the Associated Press.
AP reported that a 15-year-old boy was killed during a Friday demonstration in the capital's Zeitoun district. AP's security source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said it is not yet clear if the boy was a protester or a passer-by.
At least two people have died in violent protests throughout Egypt since Thursday, as pro-Morsi supporters mark the first anniversary of the former Islamist president Mohammed Morsi's oust from office at the hands of the country's military forces.
