Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmad Maher called on Israel to respond to Syria’s call to resume peace talks from the point they stopped at in order to achieve just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East region.
In a statement issued Wednesday, Maher called on Israel to abandon its "arrogance stubbornness" towards peace requirements and to halt hindering the exerted efforts to push the peace process in the region.
