Continuing the fun, Dubai Sports Council held a thrilling volleyball match where the volunteers, coach and staff at Modhesh World had a fun break from work. The sport was adapted for an indoor venue with four players on each team. Modhesh World volunteers who have generally reigned in the championships had to satisfy themselves with the number two position as Spacetoon convincingly performed to take home the first prize. Dubai Sports Council team came in third whereas a team of ad hoc visitors to Modhesh World took the fourth place.
Secretary General of Dubai Sports Council, Ahmed Saad Shariff gave away the medals. Rashid Kamali, Director of Marketing and Sports Promotion Department of Dubai Sports Council was also present to encourage the players.
Modhesh World doors open at 10.00am – 10:00pm from Saturdays to Wednesdays, from 10:00am – 12midnight on Thursdays, 3:00pm – 12midnight on Fridays. Tickets to the venue are priced at AED 10 - adults and 15 for kids with numerous free zones and exciting activities.
