Dubai eGovernment has announced that it has extended its support to the inaugural Success Forum 2007 being held at the Mina A’ Salam Hotel, Dubai, from November 19 to 22. The Success Forum has been designed to draw attention to the invaluable contributions and achievements of the UAE’s leaders in various fields, so as to benefit younger generations, and to encourage them to face challenges and strive for excellence.
Salem Al Shair, eServices Director at Dubai eGovernment, who was one of the speakers on the opening day of the Forum, enlightened the audience about Dubai eGovernment’s accomplishments over the years and the challenges that had to be overcome in order to establish a robust eGovernance system.
“The phenomenal success of Dubai eGovernment is the result of the tremendous dedication and commitment shown by our entire team to make Dubai a prime example for excellence in electronic governance. Over the years, we have had to overcome several hurdles and challenges to successfully set up this eGovernance system, which today has drawn global attention for its effectiveness and impact. The Success Forum is an ideal platform for participants to learn from the experiences of other organisations and individuals, and incorporate this learning to achieve personal and professional excellence,” said Al Shair.
