The Palladium Group training will provide actionable steps for organizations to adopt the principles of a Strategy-Focused Organization (SFO) as defined by Palladium Group co-founders Drs. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, creators of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and SFO concepts. As a world-renowned leader in strategy execution and a three-time member of the judging panel for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Awards, Palladium Group will work with Dubai Chamber to provide access to strategic performance education and training to more than 100,000 members within the organization.
